KPT Links Basic is installed

Quit PowerPoint (Cmd-Q) and open it again. The KPT Links Basic tab appears after the View tab.

Select a shape (or nothing) and click Place Linked; change the file in Photoshop or Illustrator and click Update Selected; Links shows what is linked. Buttons with a lock are part of KPT Links ADVANCED: clicking one tells you what it does.

To remove it, open /Library/Application Support/KPT/KPT Links Basic/ and double-click Uninstall KPT Links Basic.command.

If the tab does not appear, the installer's log is /tmp/kpt-links-basic-install.log.
